Sasuke’s sword in Boruto, unlike Kusunagi Last, is not at all meant to be the same as Kusunagi Prime — it’s an entirely different blade with the same name.
His chakra sword doesn’t come until much later. Probably during or after the Kawaki arc. He does not have the Byakugan. He has a Jougan, a powerful one-eyed dojutsu.
Given to him by Orochimaru, Sasuke’s sword is a chokuto — a single-bladed straight sword — rather than a katana, as the original Kusanagi is.
Boruto does not wear Sasuke’s cloak and there is clear evidence as to why this is the case: he is 182cm tall while Boruto, after the time skip, is only 163cm.
From a thematic perspective, Boruto inheriting Sasuke’s sword means he got Sasuke’s will of fire.
GryphonGryphon is a saber wielded by Shanks as his main weapon.
gradeMihawk’s sword is just a high grade sword imbued with Haki.
No. Kikoku is indeed a cursed sword, but not a ranked blade, not a Meito. But Law’s sword is definitely a powerful one. Law combines Kikoku with his Ope Ope no Mi powers, with the sword serving as a “scalpel” or an “injection needle” of sorts, using it to cut or pierce at a distance.
