Some photos can seem to disappear because you’re on a different account. On your computer, open photos.google.com. Sign in to your Google Account. Check that you’re signed in to the account where you backed up your photos.
If you deleted an item and want it back, check your bin to see if it’s there. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Photos app .At the bottom, tap Library Bin .Touch and hold the photo or video that you want to restore. At the bottom, tap Restore. The photo or video will be back: In your phone’s gallery app.
The first thing we recommend you should do to fix Google Photos not showing all photos on Android is to erase the app cache and data. Sometimes, the accumulated cache and data may corrupt, which causes the Photos app to misbehave. Fire up the Settings app on your phone.
Shut down, then restart your phone. Login again on the Google Photos App to your Google Photos Account. Wait until Getting Photos finishes, this could take some time (even though already backed-up images are merely being indexed, not uploaded again). Check to see if the App (and camera) now function normally.
Google Photos stores your photos and videos in “the cloud” — this is just tech-talk for online storage. In the past, you might have plugged your phone or camera into your computer and laboriously transferred all your photos and videos. From there, you might have backed up your computer on an external hard drive.
Fix All My Photos Disappeared from My Android Gallery by Clearing the Cache. Now force the shutdown of the gallery and then choose the Clear Cache option. Return to the main screen, close all background apps, restart your smartphone, and then you will find the disappeared images in the gallery again.
