Season 3 (Tokyo Ghoul:re, Season 1) The CCG realised Kaneki’s potential so they used the situation and gave him a new identity, as he had no clue about his former self. During the battle against the Tsukiyama family, Ken Kaneki finally reemerges as Haise Sasaki regains his memories and accepts his true personality.
His memory comes back in vol 5 of tokyo ghoul:re and becomes as fans call him the ‘Black Reaper’. After this he is referred to kaneki and no longer haise sasaki. If your asking this question it means your not afraid of spoilers. Yes he did.
The short answer : Yes. The long answer: He regained his memories from “Ken Kaneki” inside his own head. Therefore becoming Ken Kaneki again. Yes but he now retains memory from both personality, i.e Kaneki as well as Haise.
An eighteen-year-old ghoul of the 20th ward, Touka works part-time as a waitress in Anteiku and attends high school.
Only the Quinx Squad are able to consume human food including Sasaki Haise and even Arima.
He only gets injured due to a fight with arima due to stabs in both eyes causing him to have serious brain damage and lose his memory. They then take Kaneki to CCG and rename him to Haise and make him apart of them. Kaneki is still alive inside Haise and tries multiple times to get him to change back to Kaneki.
Haise Sasaki is an Alter Ego of Ken Kaneki. Ken Kaneki was completely broken down and brainwashed. The knowledge that Ken Kaneki, the person, is a ghoul, is not common knowledge in the CCG, only a selected few know about this. They also don’t know that Sasaki is Kaneki, and he doesn’t know himself.
So Tokyo Ghoul: Re is a direct continuation of Tokyo Ghoul. Tokyo Ghoul:Re is the continuation, or sequel, of Tokyo Ghoul. I don’t really want to spoil it but basically, there’s a three year gap, some new characters are introduced, Ishida does his magic and everyone dies of angst all over again.
Post-Owl Suppression Operation Now living under the identity of Scarecrow, Hide helped Koutarou Amon flee from Akihiro Kanou after he was turned into a one-eyed ghoul.
He does not. He only gets injured due to a fight with arima due to stabs in both eyes causing him to have serious brain damage and lose his memory. They then take Kaneki to CCG and rename him to Haise and make him apart of them.
The fourth season which is called Tokyo Ghoul: RE the second season, premiered on October 9, 2018, and saw the conclusion being aired on December 25, 2018. Looking at the fact that season 4 was the end of Ken’s story, fans might not get to see the fifth season.
