The short answer : Yes. The long answer: He regained his memories from “Ken Kaneki” inside his own head. Therefore becoming Ken Kaneki again. Yes but he now retains memory from both personality, i.e Kaneki as well as Haise.
After his defeat during the Anteiku Raid, Kaneki was taken back to the CCG, where he suffered from blindness and amnesia. Eventually, Kishou Arima would help regain his sanity by starting a new life for him. In time, however, Kaneki regained his memories of his past self and would be reunited with his old friends.
After the fight with the One-Eyed Owl, Haise accepted he was living in someone else’s body. He now knew the life he had known was a lie, orchestrated by the manipulation of Arima. The new Haise we see after the fight is still Haise, but with Kaneki’s memory. So it is technically Kaneki.
The whole theme of Tokyo Ghoul is that Kaneki changes. He will never return to his old self. All he can do is find new selves.
While fighting Kanae with Eto watching, Haise ceased to be and Kaneki regained all his memories. He remembered when his mum would beat him when he was little.
The fourth season which is called Tokyo Ghoul: RE the second season, premiered on October 9, 2018, and saw the conclusion being aired on December 25, 2018. Looking at the fact that season 4 was the end of Ken’s story, fans might not get to see the fifth season.
