Horace SlughornThe Potions Master at Hogwarts for many years was Horace Slughorn and later Severus Snape.
Minerva McGonagall was Headmistress. Horace Slughorn was Potions Master. Aurora Sinistra was Astronomy Teacher. Filius Flitwick was Charms Master.
Actually, no. Lily Evans at the time, was in the same year class than Severus Snape, the copy of the book that Harry used at HBP was Snape’s book. All the notes at the side of the instructions of the potions making was Snape’s doing, thats why Lily didn’t use that copy of the book.

Harry used the disarming charm “Expelliarmus” during the final duel with Voldemort, thus causing the killing curse “Avada Kedavra” that the latter used, to rebound. The Elder wand wouldn’t obviously work against its master(Harry), so the killing curse struck Voldemort instead.
Remus Lupin teaches a lesson about Boggarts. In Harry’s third year at Hogwarts, Remus Lupin takes the Dark Arts job. A childhood friend of Harry’s father and a member of the Order of the Phoenix during the First War, Lupin was a competent and kind teacher.
